These Afghan Tribal Runners are made by the nomadic Baloch tribe
The Baloch mainly inhabit mountainous terrains, which have allowed them to maintain a distinct cultural identity and resist domination by neighbouring rulers
They are predominantly Muslim with most belonging to the Hanafi school of thought of Sunni Islam

All of our rugs are Oriental, hand woven and authentic. You will not find any 2 rugs the same so can rest assured your treasured rug will be unique.

If you would like to visit our shop we are based in the lovely North Norfolk village of Great Walsingham.
Our opening hours are 10am to 4pm Wednesday to Sunday although we are happy to organise a private viewing should these times not be convenient.

If you can not find the rug you are looking for then please do let us know. We only have a small selection on our website so we may just have the right size or colour after all
